By accessing or using IMVU.PRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

IMVU.PRO provides creator tools for the IMVU platform, including but not limited to: Hidden Catalog Viewer, Product Extractor, Product Tag Viewer, Decompiler Suite, and API access. These tools are offered on a subscription basis.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

IMVU.PRO offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with prior notice
• You are responsible for providing valid and up-to-date payment information

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
• You may reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted via contact and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its output
• Abuse the API by exceeding reasonable usage limits

The Service, including all code, design, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of IMVU.PRO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

Content extracted or decompiled using our tools remains subject to the original creator's rights and IMVU's terms of service. IMVU.PRO does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

API access is available exclusively to users on the API plan. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse, including but not limited to excessive requests, unauthorized redistribution, or violation of these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMVU.PRO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
